We are open for business as normal.
There has been some impact on our supply chains, with distributors affected and transportation routes disrupted, so the restocking time for some products may be longer than normal, with a limited number of products out of stock until further notice. Please contact us if you require availability information for a specific item.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, however, this may be longer at the present time due to high demand, so we ask that you bear with us and we will ship your order as soon as possible.
Postal and courier delivery services within the UK continue to operate, however, deliveries by Royal Mail or Parcel Force may take slightly longer than normal due to the high volume of parcels being processed.
We continue to offer a range of next working day services and international airmail services.
Our phone lines and emails are both back to normal operations, however, there may be extended response times during busier periods.
